This grater is designed to make grating larger quantities of food easier and more efficient by combining razor-sharp etched blades with a grooved pattern. The fine grater can zest lemons and limes in seconds, grate parmesan and other hard cheeses into a light and fluffy texture, finely grate nuts, nutmeg, and cinnamon for baking and decorating, and purée garlic and ginger instantly. The handle features a secure non-slip grip and a non-slip end, making it easy to hold and use on the countertop. Additionally, a protective cover collects the grated food and doubles as a measuring device.

Unlike conventional graters, this grater's tiny razor-like edges are created using a photo-etching process, which dissolves holes with a chemical to leave edges that finely shave or slice the food instead of tearing or shredding. The grating surface also features a repeated groove pattern, which reduces resistance and makes grating effortless. This groove pattern also elongates the length of each individual blade, allowing for more food to be grated with each stroke. Combined, these features provide outstanding grating performance.
